Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy focuses on promoting, restoring, and maintaining physical function and mobility. It involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of conditions and injuries affecting the musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular systems.
Your physiotherapist will comprehensively examine your health history and physical condition to determine a treatment plan. Joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, manual stretching, dry needling, massage, heat therapy, cold therapy, and exercise prescriptions may be part of your recovery plan.
Vestibular Rehabilitation
Vestibular rehabilitation reduces vertigo, dizziness, visual issues, and imbalance.
Our sessions include the use of infrared goggles, which can help diagnose vestibular concerns by measuring involuntary eye movements, known as nystagmus. This non-invasive tool will assist your practitioner in determining the cause of dizziness and developing an appropriate treatment plan.
