Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide our clients with the best services and support at Great North Physiotherapy. To ensure we can continue to provide an exceptional level of care, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

CANCELLATION NOTICE

24 Hours Notice: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any appointment cancellations.

CANCELLATION FEES

First Cancellation (Less than 24 Hours Notice): No charge.

Second Cancellation (Less than 24 Hours Notice): 50% of the appointment cost.

Third and Subsequent Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours Notice): 100% of the appointment cost.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Fees for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice cannot be charged to benefit plans or third-party insurance providers. Clients are responsible for paying these fees directly.
