Simon is a Registered Massage Therapist, Physiotherapy Assistant, and Personal Trainer whose passion for movement and wellness knows no bounds. A proud Niagara College graduate, Simon earned dual distinctions in the Massage Therapy and Physiotherapy Assistant programs, and later expanded his expertise through certification with the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).
Simon’s fascination with human performance began at an early age. A lifelong soccer player, he developed a deep appreciation for the connection between movement, recovery, and overall health. His athletic journey includes earning a trial with Portugal’s second-division team Chaves at just 16 years old and being named Rookie of the Year as a member of Niagara College’s Men’s Varsity Soccer Team.
In the clinic, Simon brings the same discipline and energy to his practice, blending massage, rehabilitative techniques, and strength-based recovery to help clients move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best. His approach emphasizes both hands-on care and education, empowering clients to take an active role in their own wellness.
Outside the clinic, Simon enjoys strength training, trying new recipes, and watching the beautiful game — always cheering on his favourite teams: Benfica, Chelsea, and AC Milan. And if you ever need a recommendation for the best ribs or perfectly cooked steak in town, Simon’s your guy.
