Stephanie's journey into physiotherapy started with her passion for movement and wellness. After graduating with honours from D'Youville College in 2017, she majored in Exercise and Sports Studies and minored in Nutrition, blending her love for fitness and healthy living. By 2020, she had earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, fully equipped to turn her passion into purpose.
Stephanie believes in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. Her holistic approach combines hands-on manual therapy with exercise, ensuring her clients achieve their unique goals and feel empowered in their recovery.
Stephanie is rostered in acupuncture (dry needling) and pelvic health physiotherapy, making her toolkit for client care even more versatile. Her ongoing thirst for knowledge has led her to complete advanced training in:
- APTEI Acupuncture and Dry Needling Introduction
- APTEI Acupuncture and Dry Needling: The Lumbopelvic Region
- Chronic Pain Management
- Level 1: The Physical Therapy Approach to Anyone Experiencing Urinary Incontinence
- Level 2: The Role of Physiotherapy in the Treatment of Anyone Experiencing Pelvic Pain Through a Trauma-Informed Lens
- Level 3: Pelvic Health Biopsychosocial Reframed
When she's not helping clients get back on track, Stephanie enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and two beloved dogs or curled up with a good book. She constantly looks for ways to move towards wellness in the clinic and during her free time.
