Breanna is a graduate of Brock University, where she earned her Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology (BKin). She brings a strong foundation in rehabilitation, injury care, and patient experience to her role at Great North Physiotherapy.
Alongside her academic background, Breanna has hands-on experience across a variety of healthcare and sports settings. She currently works as the Head Athletic Trainer for the Southern Tier Admirals U18 AAA hockey team, providing injury assessment, treatment, and return-to-play support for athletes. She has also worked as an Exercise Therapist and Educator, coaching clients through cardiac rehabilitation and general health programs, leading fitness classes, and supporting injury-prevention initiatives across the Niagara region.
Outside the clinic, Breanna is a lifelong athlete with a background in competitive soccer, including the opportunity to play in Portugal. She thrives in team environments, values being a meaningful contributor, and enjoys building strong connections with the people she works alongside.
When she’s not at the clinic or the rink, she’s always up for a conversation about Leafs hockey (the highs and the heartbreaks), and will never turn down a chat about Taylor Swift.
