Born and raised in Niagara, Julia is passionate about helping people move, feel, and perform their best. She completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology (Honours) at McMaster University and subsequently earned her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto.
Throughout her education, Julia gained valuable experience across a variety of clinical settings, including orthopaedic physiotherapy, paediatrics, neurological and geriatric rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and acute care. She takes a collaborative, evidence-based approach, creating individualized treatment plans that empower clients to reach their goals and return to the activities they love.
A lifelong athlete, Julia grew up playing competitive hockey in St. Catharines, where she developed a deep appreciation for the connection between movement, performance, and recovery. She has a growing passion for running and enjoys helping others stay active and injury-free so they can continue doing what they love most.
Outside the clinic, Julia loves being outdoors: running, hiking, biking, skating, and snowboarding, and when she’s not on the move, you’ll find her reading, cooking, or spending time with her dog.
