Sierra is a Registered Massage Therapist and a proud graduate of Niagara College's Massage Therapy program, registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). She has also completed the CSMTA Advanced Sports Massage Therapy course, strengthening her expertise in athletic recovery and sports performance care.
Sierra’s fascination with rehabilitation is deeply rooted in her athletic background. A fierce competitor, she experienced both the triumphs and challenges of competitive soccer — overcoming her own injuries while supporting teammates through theirs. This journey sparked her passion for sports rehabilitation, inspiring her to pursue a career in massage therapy to help others recover and perform at their best.
As the former goalkeeper for the Niagara College Varsity Women’s Soccer Team, Sierra holds the best goals-against record in program history and helped lead her team to a Provincial bronze medal in her senior season. That same drive and discipline now fuel her approach to client care, blending hands-on skill with a deep understanding of what it takes to stay healthy, strong, and game-ready.
Outside the clinic, Sierra loves staying active — lifting, strength training, and travelling whenever she can. Most recently, she explored the stunning coastlines of Italy and Greece. When she’s not in the gym or on the go, you’ll likely find her at a country concert, singing along to her favourite tunes.
