Sierra is a Niagara College Massage Therapy graduate, proudly wielding her registration under the CMTO.
Sierra’s fascination with rehabilitation is deeply rooted in her sporting past. A fierce competitor, she navigated the highs and lows of competitive soccer, forging through personal injuries and witnessing her teammates endure their own personal setbacks. Learning more about the rehab side of sports ultimately led her to massage therapy.
Sierra played for the Niagara College Varsity Women’s Soccer team for four years and holds the best goals-against record in NC history as the team’s goalkeeper, solidifying her legacy with a coveted Provincial bronze medal in her senior season.
Her interests extend beyond the field; Sierra loves to hit the gym, strength train, and travel. Most recently, she visited the beautiful streets of Italy and basked in the beauty of Greece. She also loves a good country concert - if there’s a twang in the music, she’s there!
