Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) is a technique used to reduce muscle tightness, nerve-related pain, and movement restrictions. Thin, sterile needles are inserted into shortened or irritated muscles to release tension, improve function, and restore comfortable movement. IMS helps decrease pain and support long-term recovery by addressing underlying neuromuscular dysfunction.
IMS is available only to existing clients. New clients must book an initial assessment before scheduling an IMS session.
